Exchanges and returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the parcel. The seller will refund the price of the goods no later than 14 days after delivery or receipt of the complete parcel, meaning the goods in their original condition together with the completed withdrawal form.
